Honored Russian Artist

Professional artist, talented teacher, art critic, participant of regional, republican, international exhibitions. More than 60 years dedicated to the fine art.

Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1970, Honored Artist of Russia since 2001.

Born in 1928 in Northern Manchuria, China, in 1951 he graduated from the Painting and Pedagogical Department of the Saratov Art College after A.P. Bogolyubov.

Since 1960 to 1978 he was a teacher of special disciplines at the Saratov Art College after. A.P.  Bogolyubov. Ruslan L. Lavrinenko’s talent and skill, his contribution to the development of Russian culture, active creative and public activities have repeatedly became the subject of publications in the press.

Creativity of the master is noted by state awards, one of them is a medal of the Russian Academy of Arts "Dostoynomy"(To Deserving), 2014.

Ruslan L. Lavrinenko\s biography is published in the encyclopedia of successful people "Who is who in Russia" (published by Switzerland).

Lavrinenko’s paintings  are represented in the Saratov State Art Museum after A.N. Radishchev, art galleries and private collections in  Russia, Israel, Japan, China, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, USA.

The themes of creativity are diverse and various: Central Russia, the Russian North, Saratov, Volga, nature at all seasons, for each time the master finds his unique sound and mood. Lavrynenko is haracterized by high level of skill and professionalism. His landscapes are rich in color and, at the same time, light and airy, filled with reassuring light.
